Darryl Pruett - OHAN Director

Darryl has been an attorney at the Weichert Law Firm since 2010. An experienced litigator and transactional attorney, he has concentrated on real estate and construction law since 1997. He has previously been a partner in a multi-city firm and spent the last few years as of counsel to the Law Office of Xavier G. Medina, P.C., while continuing a solo practice in Austin, Texas.

PRACTICE AREAS:
Commercial and residential real estate litigation, including disputes arising from property transactions, construction defects, homeowners’ associations and condominium regimes, and general commercial litigation, including, but not limited to, breach of contract, fraudulent transfer, and other commercial disputes.

Darryl is the author of “The Posner Rule Probability Harm Matrix and Civil Rights Cases in the Seventh Circuit: Did Posner Mean What He Said?”, 11 The Review of Litigation 599 (1992).

MEMBERSHIPS AND AFFILIATIONS:
Darryl currently serves as board member of the Legend Oaks 2 HOA and as the HOA representative to the Oak Hill Association of Neighborhoods (OHAN). He is also an associate member of the Central Texas Chapter of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM), the preeminent nationwide organization for commercial real estate brokers.
