May 8th, 7:00-9:00, ACC Pinnacle
Doug Shaw, Project Manager in the Regional Water Planning division of the Texas Water Development Board will discuss the history of Water Planning in Texas; the current Regional Water Planning process, in addition to highlights from the 2012 State Water Plan as well as the 2011 Region K Regional Water Plan, which includes Travis County. He’ll give some updates on the current round of Planning, which will result in the 2016 Regional Water Plans.
